First, Josh and I got hitched on Saturday, Oct. 17 , in Thibodaux, La . We danced to the tunes of the Michael Foster Project all night. Some of us had a little too much fun (you know who you are). So I guess that means I'll be around for a while.
This past weekend, you may have seen Storyville at Voodoo Fest in City Park . The festival got off to a muddy start, with rain Friday evening and temperatures dropping. But that made way for a beautiful weekend! I was there Saturday, and the costumes were fantastic. People-watching is so much fun when said people are dressed as ostriches, zombies and the entire cast of Seinfeld . I'm just glad I wore rainboots to navigate the muddy gloop-fest around the port-o-lets.
Also, I don't know if you've heard this or not, but the New Orleans Saints are 7-0. We've come a long way, Who Dat Nation. We may be a little presumptuous here at Storyville, but Elizabeth created a kickass design the other day that I'm sure you'll like. Check it out:
