Texas State Arts Festival Wrapup

March 3, 2008 by Josh Harvey

So it's been a few days since I posted, but that's because I spent all weekend at the Texas State Arts Festival in Austin.  The two-day festival was held across the street from the Texas State History Museum, which is located just a few blocks away from the state capitol (and from Storyville Austin ).

Over the next two months, we're looking at the possibility of doing festivals and market days in cities across Texas -- including Georgetown , Bastrop , Boerne , Gruene , Marble Falls , Lago Vista , Blanco and (of course) Austin .

Back in Louisiana , we're also looking to do festivals and events in New Orleans , Rayne , Lafayette , Ruston , Breaux Bridge, Gonzales and other cities.  In the short run, we're hoping to have a presence on Saturday mornings at the Main Street Market in downtown Baton Rouge .  To keep up with the roadshow, check out our events page .
